Atelier Khan offers a structured Maintenance & Aftercare service designed to protect the quality, performance and long-term value of your home once construction is complete.
This service is available exclusively to existing Atelier Khan clients and reflects the same care, attention and design intent that guided your project from the outset.
While this service is designed for Atelier Khan projects, we may also support selected homes we have not delivered, following an initial assessment.
Our Approach
Aftercare at Atelier Khan is not a maintenance contract.
It is a continuation of our responsibility as custodians of the project — offering informed oversight, coordination and advice, while ensuring that warranty obligations and maintenance matters are handled efficiently and appropriately.
We act as a single, knowledgeable point of contact, coordinating specialists where required and advising on priorities, timing and long-term care.

Our Maintenance & Aftercare services are structured to suit different stages of ownership and levels of involvement.
Services are primarily provided to Atelier Khan projects. In selected cases, we may also support homes we have not delivered, subject to an initial review.

For homeowners who value continuity and reduced day-to-day involvement.

Coordination of routine maintenance and servicing
Access to trusted specialists familiar with the property
Periodic condition reviews and maintenance advice
From £3,600 per year
Available to Atelier Khan projects and selected external homes following an initial review -

Long-term maintenance planning
Preventative care and asset protection
Emergency coordination where required
Consultant and contractor management

This service is individually scoped following an initial assessment -
For homes not delivered by Atelier Khan, an initial review is required to assess suitability, documentation and scope of support.
This review includes an initial site visit (where appropriate), documentation appraisal and a recommendation on the most suitable level of ongoing care.
Initial review fee: £750–£1,500
(Confirmed in advance and deducted from ongoing services where applicable.)

Materials, detailing, systems and construction decisions are already understood — allowing issues to be resolved efficiently and in keeping with the original design intent.

Every home is different. The initial review allows us to understand the property, assess available documentation and confirm that we can provide the level of care expected of the Atelier Khan studio. This ensures clarity and suitability from the outset.

The review typically includes a review of relevant drawings and documentation, an assessment of the property’s condition and systems, and guidance on the most appropriate level of ongoing care. Where appropriate, this may include a site visit.

The initial review fee is deducted from ongoing Maintenance & Aftercare services where applicable. If ongoing support is not taken forward, the fee covers the professional time and assessment already undertaken.

For homes not delivered by Atelier Khan, an initial review is required. This ensures we are able to support the property properly and uphold the standards expected by our clients.

We coordinate and oversee maintenance and specialist works where required. The cost of remedial works, materials and third-party services is quoted separately.
